Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed accordingly

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be handled through a suitable method after confirmation

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
